Youth are relied upon,
they are the nation of tomorrow.
Your presence, young people,
is a joy to the nation.
Tomorrow’s leaders,
it is you, our youth.
Recognize your worth,
you are the treasure of our nation.
Do not be blown about, young people,
by every passing wind.
Learn to be self disciplined,
and to guide your lives.
Do not live like birds,
young person, be self reliant.
Work hard,
and God will bless you.
Keep away from groups,
that lack morals.
For they will mislead you,
and ruin your life.
Build your life,
while you are still young.
Set clear goals,
let them be your guiding compass.
The choice is yours:
to shave or to braid.
Choose what is good,
what will benefit your life.
Work hard,
put in effort at all times.
Avoid laziness,
so you may not remain poor.
Your faith in God,
always guard it well.
Do not tire of praying,
he will answer you in His time.
Respect your parents,
and all who raised you.
You will receive blessings,
from the Creator.
In conclusion, we pray for you,
the strength and workforce of the nation.
May God protect you well,
and grant you success.
Be courageous youth,
lovers of development.
By striving diligently,
you will build our nation.
