Hall Costs and Conditions
1. Standard Pricing
- The initial payment for the hall MUST be made at the venue.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: TZS 2,700,000.00 (VAT inclusive) for six hours only.
Monday and Tuesday: TZS 1,770,000.00 (VAT inclusive) for six hours only.
2. Overtime Charges
If you need to extend the time, the cost is TZS 300,000.00 for every additional hour.
3. Payment Instructions
All hall rental payments must be made via the bank. You must submit the bank slip or other proof of payment.
Payment Description: The bank slip must indicate the Name (of the event owner) and the date of the event.

Terms and Conditions
Facility & Capacity
1. Tables: Round tables are available for free for those who need them (excluding chairs and tablecloths).
2. Capacity: The hall holds 350–400 people.
10. Power: There is a standby generator available if TANESCO power fails.
11. Parking: There is sufficient parking and car security available.
13. Air Conditioning: The hall is modern and fully air-conditioned.
Booking & Payment Rules
3. Deposit: Once the hall is secured, you must pay 50%. The remaining balance must be paid three weeks before the ceremony.
4. Cancellations: If you change or postpone the date of use, money is not refundable.
Event Rules & Restrictions
5. Timing: Ceremonies must end by 12:00 AM (Midnight) in accordance with Kinondoni municipal by-laws.
12. Combined Events: We do not allow "Two in One" ceremonies (two events combined into one).
15. Children: While we love children, they are not allowed.
Decorations & Damage
6. Walls: The decorator is not allowed to drill into walls or add nails to the wooden panels in the hall; the event owner will pay for any damage caused.
7. Tiles: The decorator is not allowed to stick stickers on the floor tiles. All decor equipment (cloths, chairs, tables, etc.) must be removed immediately after the event ends.
Food, Drinks & Staffing
8. Outside Vendors: You are allowed to bring in beverage, food, and decoration services.
9. Beverage Fees & Staff:
You will pay a commission of TZS 100,000 for bringing drinks into the hall.
You must pay for beverage waiters at TZS 15,000 per waiter (each waiter serves 30 people).
These payments must be made one day before the event.
Note: We do not allow beverage waiters from outside.
Permits & Additional Fees
16. Event Permit: An event permit fee of TZS 100,000 is required; this will be paid and handled by the hall administration.
17. Entertainment Fee: An entertainment fee of TZS 100,000 applies. This is to be handled by the event owner but paid to the hall three days before the ceremony.
Breakdown: MC (30,000/=), Decorator (30,000/=), Photographer (20,000/=), Cake Baker (20,000/=).
Post-Event
14. Gifts: If large gifts are given (e.g., tables, cabinets, beds, washing machines, furniture), they must be taken away immediately after the ceremony.
