1. We sincerely thank the St. Leo the Great Small Christian Community for cleaning the church yesterday. They were 14 in number. Next week, it will be the turn of the St. Luke the Evangelist Community, followed by the St. Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel Community.
2. Small Christian Communities that have not yet submitted the contribution of TZS 2,000 per baptized member towards the construction of the Alternative Cathedral in Pugu are requested to complete the exercise. Likewise, Community Chairpersons are requested to submit lists of the faithful who have made these contributions so that proper records can be maintained.
3. The Archbishop of Dar es Salaam, the Most Reverend Jude Thaddeus Ruwa’ichi, has organized a Charity Dinner in support of the Tegemeza Kanisa campaign. The Archbishop invites everyone to participate and support this initiative, which aims to facilitate the growth of the apostolic mission of the Archdiocese of Dar es Salaam, by purchasing tickets available outside the church doors.
We are all warmly invited to come together as a parish community and support this important initiative.
4. There will be a General Youth Meeting on Sunday, 20 September 2026, in one of the classrooms, immediately after the 5:15 PM Mass. All young people are warmly invited to attend without fail.
5. The Pastoral Department of the Archdiocese of Dar es Salaam invites all the faithful of the Archdiocese to participate in a special workshop to be held on 26 September 2026 at Uhuru Stadium. The purpose of the workshop is to strengthen our faith and build Synodal unity within our Archdiocese.
Participants are requested to contribute a TZS 5,000 participation fee, which will be used to cover various expenses. Please register through your respective Small Christian Communities.
6. We would like to remind everyone to continue fulfilling their Tegemeza Kanisa pledges, as the culmination of this year's campaign is fast approaching.
